If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will look into your query immediately. If the item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order we will send a replacement straight away. Please email photographs of the damage including the packaging to the email address stated on the packing slip and we will prioritise the replacement of your order within 1 business day.

Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting the order as we cannot replace or refund incorrect orders.

Once the order is placed and the item has been processed for personalisation you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold.
